Terms of Service
Welcome to Truer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Truer mobile application and platform ("Service"). By creating an account, executing an identity check, or utilizing the platform, you enter into a legally binding contract with Truer.
1. Identity Verification Gate & Account Eligibility
Truer is an identity-verified ecosystem. To preserve network integrity, access is contingent upon successful authentication.
- The Identity Gate: You agree to submit authentic identity credentials via our third-party verification partner, Didit. Accounts are limited to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age.
- Refusal of Service: Truer reserves the unilateral right to deny network access, revoke verified status, or terminate accounts for any user who fails identity checks, submits fraudulent documents, triggers automated risk flags, or matches global fraud/sanction watchlists.
2. Subscription, Payments, and Digital Assets
- Access Fees: Access to the verified network may require a one-time early access activation fee. These transactions are processed via native platform market rails, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, managed through RevenueCat. All monetization events are final and non-refundable.
- Virtual Tokens: Truer utilizes an internal utility token system for specific platform features. Tokens represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital utilities within the platform. Tokens hold zero cash value, accrue no interest, and cannot be redeemed, traded, or liquidated outside the application ecosystem.
3. User-Generated Content & Platform Moderation
- License Grant: By posting content, filling out questionnaire prompts, uploading profile imagery, or writing text within bios and dealbreaker components, you grant Truer a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, and process that data strictly for functional platform delivery.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or designed to spoof, bypass, or degrade the identity verification architecture.
- Mandatory Moderation Framework: In compliance with global app store mandates, Truer maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable behavior. The network deploys automated observational AI monitoring along with rapid-action user reporting and blocking mechanisms. Truer reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently purge any account violating platform health standards.
4. Disclaimers and Absolute Limitation of Liability
- As-Is Provision: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. Truer does not guarantee the continuous availability, safety, or absolute factual behavior of users within the network.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truer, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or personal disputes arising out of network interactions.
5. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be settled exclusively by binding, individual arbitration rather than in a court of law.
- Class Action Waiver: YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
